About The Team
Betty D'Oliveira
Betty's high energy, willingness to do what is best for her clients and her enthusiasm for the business has established her as one of the top real estate agents in Halton Hills. Betty's extensive real estate experience commencing in 1991 started in the administrative side with Royal LePage Square One, she then moved her family to Georgetown in 1992 and started with Johnson Associates then transitioned into sales to work with top agents Iris Irwin and Martha Summers and is now proudly the lead agent. In 2014, Johnson Associates merged with Royal LePage Meadowtowne to form the largest real estate outfit in the area. Betty's competitive spirit has taken her to the prestigious Boston Marathon, the New York City Marathon and she has also run the Toronto Marathon on three occasions. She is an active squash player with the Georgetown Racquet Club's Ladies A Inter-Club Team as well as being a competitive tennis player. Betty has lived in Georgetown since 1992 with her husband and three sons and is an active and contributing member of the community and enjoys being an Event Chair for the Georgetown Hospital Foundation’s Walk or Run event. Betty's strong ethics, knowledge, enthusiasm and hard work are contributing factors to her being one of the top agents in Halton Hills.
Liana McAlister
Liana joined the team after growing in her career in the corporate world as an administrative professional. In her past roles, Liana has been the go-to person for both high-level executives as well as her fellow co-workers. She wears many hats and brings with her experience in office management, human resources, customer service, accounting and overseeing the operations of multiple branch locations. Liana grew up in Caledon and chose Georgetown as her home in 2010 based on the small-town values, sense of community and its proximity to Toronto. She had the good fortune of choosing Betty and Iris as her representatives for her first purchase and has since been through the process of buying and selling a couple of times, which got her hooked. Liana found the real estate industry exciting and became passionate over the years and jumped at the opportunity to work with Betty. Liana lives in town with her husband and rescue dog Lilly Beans. She likes to give back by volunteering for the Georgetown Hospital Foundation and is on the Organizational Committee for 100 Women Who Care Halton Hills. Her strong work ethic, enthusiasm and fresh perspective are a welcome addition to the team.
Sara Price
Born in Toronto but raised in Georgetown, Ontario, Sara has grown to appreciate Halton Hills and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Her upbringing in Georgetown has enabled her to have extensive knowledge of the Halton Region and nearby areas such as Peel, Erin and Guelph. With a background in Business and Hospitality from University of Guelph-Humber, Sara started building a passion for real estate while working as an administrator for Royal Lepage Meadowtowne Realty in the Georgetown office. While working at the front desk, she had the privilege of meeting Betty D’Oliveira and Liana McAlister. Having built a strong connection while completing her Real Estate License, Sara joined Betty’s team.
Sara is an Honors graduate of the Georgetown District High School's French Immersion Program, where her ambition has allowed her to learn French as a second language to strengthen her non-English communication skills.
Aside from real estate and her passion for the industry, outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors, sports and fitness. Sara likes to keep busy volunteering. You may have recognized her in the Georgetown Santa Claus Parade, or at the Town of Halton Hills Gellert Community Centre, where she taught dance and ballet classes to children for 7 years.
Sara's strong work ethic is built on exceeding expectations, trust and integrity. She takes immense pride in providing the very best service possible to her clients, and being there every step of the way to support them.
